Monica Casey
Monica Casey graduated with a Bachelor’s in English Literature and minors in French and Spanish in 1996. She went on to teach high school, before making the move to pre-k and kindergarten. Always fascinated by the Montessori philosophy, in 2002 she enrolled her toddler with MSP at the former Moreno Street Toddler House. This fantastic experience stayed with her, even as her son moved to more traditional environments. In 2008, Monica began her Montessori training and in 2010 received her 3-6 certificate from the International Montessori Council. Today, she has the honor of working at MSP and having her son attend MSP, as well. She enjoys spending time with her family and reading in her spare time.
